Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, we are unable to cancel orders as they may already be in preparation or dispatched.

Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and delivered.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with photographs as proof. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or a partial/full refund as appropriate.
Non-Refundable Items
Perishable food items that have been opened or consumed are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Process
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
